DHAKA: Pakistan’s fast-bowler Hassan Ali said he worked on his weaknesses as soon as the national team reached Bangladesh from T20 World Cup to play the T20I series.
Hassan, who was named man-of-the-match of first Pakistan vs Bangladesh T20I for his 3-22, dedicated his match-winning performance to the fans who supported him in a tough time.
“I faced tough time throughout the T20 World Cup which happens in the game. But, I noted down my weaknesses and worked on them as soon as we reached here,” he said.
“I know our fans are too emotional about this game but I would like to thank them for all their support. My this man-of-the-match award is for them,” he added.
Hasan showed satisfaction over the current combination in the national team. “Our current team is doing really well. As you saw, new performer in every match of the T20 World Cup. Today also, Nawaz and Shadab came up with performances. So, it’s going really well,” he concluded.
