ST JOHN’S, ANTIGUA: The West Indies Cricket Board has announced a 15-members ODI squad for the away ODI series against Pakistan and Netherlands, scheduled in May and June.
West Indies, who are set to tour Pakistan and Netherlands to play a three-match each ODI series, have announced their squad for the tours.
Nicholas Pooran, who was recently appointed as the ODI captain after his predecessor Kieron Pollard bid adieu to international cricket, will be on his first challenge as the captain.
Taking to Twitter, West Indies Cricket Board also shared the announcement of their ODI series against the Netherlands and Pakistan.
The 15-members squad includes Shai Hope (vc), Nkrumah Bonner, Shamarh Brooks, Keacy Carty, Akeal Hosein, Alzarri Joseph, Brandon King, Shermon Lewis, Kyle Mayers, Anderson Phillip, Rovman Powell, Jayden Seales, Romario Shepherd, Hayden Walsh Jr.
It is apropos to mention here that West Indies will compete in three ODIs against the Netherlands on May 31, June 4 and 8 before travelling to Pakistan to play as many ODIs on June 8, 10, and 12.
