DUBAI: Pakistani boxer Mohammad Waseem will contest in two back-to-back fights on November 26 here at a local boxing complex.
Earlier, Waseem was scheduled to fight against Colombia’s Rober Barrera in Eliminator for the WBA flyweight title. But, now he will face the same opponent in another fight that will be World Boxing Commission (WBC) Silver Title.
The national boxer had asked his countrymen to pray for his world-fight eliminator. “I have been preparing for this fight for long and I am confident to win it. I would like to request my fans and people to pray for my victory as it will take me to the world title fight,” he said.
