Is Umar Akmal moving to USA for cricket?

LAHORE: National cricketer Umar Akmal shared that he is going to United Arab Emirates (UAE) for some personal meetings.

Taking to Twitter, Akmal shared a picture from inside an airplane and said he is going to the USA for some personal meetings.

“I am travelling to the USA for some personal meetings. If all goes well I might have to stay there for some time! I need my supporters to pray for me like they have always prayed!” he wrote.

Now, his fans are wondering whether the cricketer is going permanently to the USA for playing cricket.

Remember, Pakistan’s Test opener Sami Aslam had permanently moved to the USA for playing cricket there. There were reports of some more Pakistani players going there to play cricket. The USA is currently looking to rope in good cricketers from around the world.
