ABU DHABI: Pakistan’s legendary cricketer Wasim Akram thanked people for supporting him throughout and wishing him his 55th birthday.
While reacting to all the birthday wishes he received yesterday, Akram said he has been blessed to have a lot of loving people.
“Turning 55 and I’m stronger than ever before. Covid has taught me a lot. Family is the most incredible thing that has happened to me. I thank God for all the love in my life so I want to thank all of you for following me on my journey and the support you have given me throughout,” he wrote.
It must be noted here that Akram represented Pakistan in 104 Tests and 356 ODIs. He has taken the highest international wickets (916) for Pakistan across both formats.
