SYDNEY: Pakistan’s young speedster – Muhammad Hasnain, who made his Big Bash League (BBL) debut against Strikers, made headlines after his brilliant opening spell.
The right-arm-pacer made his debut in style; taking his BBL’s wicket on his second. His first over was a three-wickets maiden.
Hasnain’s brilliance inspired the Australian left-handed batter – Usman Khawaja to shower praises on the youngster. Terming Hasnain’s deliveries as ‘Rockets’.

Hasnain claimed his first BBL wicket; dismissing Matt Short. The pacer then trapped Jake Weatherald in legs on the next ball. Jonathan Wells was the final victim to the Pakistani speedster, who tried to pull a short delivery, but was caught by Ben Cutting.
