Pakistan T20 World Cup-bound players to move in ‘special bubble’ tomorrow

Lahore: Pakistan squad for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup will move to a special bio-bubble on Friday, PCB announced on Wednesday.

The players will play in the National T20 till October 7, after which they will be transferred to a separate bubble for the World Cup squad on October 8.

After a seven-day quarantine period, the players will leave on October 15 for UAE via charter flight.

Meanwhile, bowling consultant Vernon Philander has reached Lahore today while batting consultant Matthew Hayden will join the side in UAE. PCB is yet to confirm the head of staff for the mega event.
