MELBOURNE: After the nerve-wracking clash against the arch-rivals India on Sunday, the Pakistan cricket team departed for Perth on Monday for their second match of the ICC T20 World Cup 2022.
The Green Shirts will be eyeing their first win of the tournament as they face Zimbabwe on Thursday at Perth Stadium. The match will start at 4:00 PM(PST).
After their arrival in the capital of Western Australia, the team will enjoy a rest day before hitting the net on Tuesday.
During their three days stay in Melbourne, the team underwent practice sessions on consecutive days before they kicked off their World Cup campaign with a nail-biting clash against India which Pakistan lost by four wickets on the last ball.
The thrilling contest between the two arch-rivals at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground was attended by more than 90,000 spectators and watched by millions of cricket fans on their Television screens across the globe.
