SSB-SJAS Inter-Media Sports Festival begins on November 22

KARACHI: SSB-SJAS Inter-Media Sports Festival will be held from November 22-30, featuring different print, electronic, and online media houses. 

A 9-day sports festivity will have competitions in different sports such as Cricket, Hockey, Football, Badminton, Table Tennis, Arm-wrestling and Snooker.

The festival will start from the cricket tournament with 10 media houses competing for the glittering trophy. Asghar Ali Shah Stadium and Annu Bhai Park will host the cricket event.

Before the final match, an exhibition cricket match featuring female media persons will also be played.

In the second phase, Football event will be held at Naya Nazimabad followed by Badminton and Table Tennis competitions at the KPT sports complex, Snooker event at Gulistan-e-Johar and Hockey match at the KHA stadium.

SJAS President and tournament secretary, Asif Khan and SJAS secretary and chief organizer, Asghar Azeem have thanked the department of Sports-Sindh and sponsors for cooperating to organize the festival.
