LAHORE: Former Pakistan captain Sarfaraz Ahmed, who is in the reserved pool of players for the home Test series against Australia, has decided to leave the squad to play the remaining matches of the Pakistan Cup from Sindh.
As the historic Test series between Pakistan and Australia coming to an end tomorrow, the former captain Sarfaraz, who was a part of the squad as a reserved player has decided to leave the squad to represent his home side Sindh in the ongoing Pakistan Cup.
The ongoing edition of the Pakistan Cup has entered its final stages as the last-round matches will roll into action from tomorrow.
Sindh is currently standing at the second position with 12 points in nine matches. Whereas, Balochistan is leading the table with 14 points.
