Rashid Naseem sets two more world records in the martial arts category

KARACHI: Pakistani martial artist Muhammad Rashid Naseem, who holds the record of registering most Guinness World Records for Pakistan, has added two more to his tally, here on Tuesday.

Pakistani martial artist Rashid broke the record of the Chinese kung fu master in the Nunchaku category, while also breaking the record of opening a bottle with the head, previously set by an Indian martial arts master.

Following this, the martial artist has extended his tally of individual records to 77, while his academy has so far set 96 records.

Rashid holds the record for the most Guinness World Records in all categories of Nunchaku, with this being his ninth.

The martial artist has dedicated his latest record in the Nunchaku category to the country’s famous mountaineer Ali Sadpara; breaking the Chinese Kung Fu Master’s record (19) of removing the playing cards between the two balanced bottles (22).

In the other record, Rashid removed 71 bottle caps with his head in one minute. India’s Prabhakar Reddy previously held the record, who opened 68 bottles with his head in one minute.
