KARACHI: Quaid-e-Azam Trophy season 2021-22 is all set to start here at three venues from tomorrow [November 24]. State Bank Stadium, UBL Sports Complex, and NBP Sports Complex will host the sixth round of the premium First-Class tournament.
In the sixth round contests, Sindh will face Balochistan at UBL Sports Complex, Central Punjab (CP) will play against Southern Punjab (SP) at State Bank Stadium, and Northern and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) will lock horns at NBP Sports Complex.
After six rounds, Southern Punjab are leading the points table by winning a match and with 71 points. SP beat Northern in the only result-oriented match in the event so far. Sindh are second-ranked followed by KPK, CP, Balochistan and Northern respectively.
Karachi will host the final of the event from December 25-29 at the National Stadium.
