PSL 7 to observe Pink Ribbon Day today for breast cancer awareness

KARACHI: As per the initiative of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 7 will observe ‘Pink Ribbon Day’ today for the breast cancer awareness campaign.

In the 11th match of the ongoing PSL 7, Karachi Kings will lock horns with the 2017 champions – Peshawar Zalmi and the players of both teams will don pink caps and ribbons to promote awareness against the disease.

Moreover, the stumps in the National Stadium will also be of pink colour today, while the informative and awareness messages will also be broadcasted on the big screens.

Pink lighting will also be used to transform the stadium pink.
