ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan approved the construction of a cricket stadium here which will be completed by 2025 as assured by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Ramiz Raja.
In a high-profile meeting on Friday, PCB’s patron discussed planning to construct a stadium in Islamabad as soon as possible. PM Khan asked Raja to fasten working on the construction of Islamabad Stadium.
Moreover, the two high-ups discussed the upcoming seventh edition of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and cricket’s overall structure in the country. PM Khan expressed satisfaction over the current progress of Pakistan cricket.
