LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Monday revealed the match officials for the upcoming season 10 of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
It’s worth noting that PSL 10 is set to commence on April 11, 2025. The opening match will see defending champions Islamabad United take on two-time winners Lahore Qalandars at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
The tournament, featuring six teams and 34 matches, will run from April 11 to May 18. Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium is set to host 13 matches, including both Eliminators and the grand final.
The 30 matches of the landmark edition of the PSL will be officiated by 13 umpires and seven match referees.
The match officials for the Playoffs and final will be announced in the due course.
“Ahsan Raza, Paul Reiffel and Kumar Dharmasena are among the 13 umpires officiating in the six-team tournament,” the cricket board stated in a press release.
The PCB International Panel of Umpires includes Aleem Dar, Asif Yaqoob, Faisal Khan Afridi, and Rashid Riaz Waqar.
Abdul Moqeet, Nasir Hussain, Tariq Rasheed, and Zulfiqar Jan, who are part of PCB Elite Panel of Umpires, will also officiate during the HBL PSL 10.
The match referees for the marquee tournament will include Ranjan Madugalle and his fellow Sri Lankan, Roshan Mahanama.
Ali Naqvi and Muhammad Javed Malik from the PCB International Panel of Match Referees will also be part of the officiating team for the PSL 10.
