LAHORE: Former Chief Financial Officer of International Cricket Council (ICC), Faisal Hasnain, appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
In January 2022, Faisal will take over as CEO of the PCB. Mr. Faisal has served in sports administration and finance for over 35 years.
He has also been the Chief Financial Officer of the ICC and Managing Director of Zimbabwe Cricket.
Mr. Faisal feels humbled to get the opportunity to work for Pakistan Cricket and is hopeful to serve according to the vision of Chairman PCB, Ramiz Raja.
“I am eager to contribute to the development of Pakistan cricket in line with Chairman PCB’s vision and the expectations of Pakistan cricket fans,” he said.
Chairman PCB also welcomed Mr. Faisal to the PCB and lauded the professional skills of the newly appointed CEO.
“I welcome Mr. Faisal as the Chief Executive of the PCB Family, he is known all over the world for his professionalism,” he said.
