LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is likely to announce the ODI squad for the upcoming home series against West Indies on May 20.
According to the details, the PCB has started the consultation regarding team selection and the training camp for the ODI series against West Indies. The camp is likely to be held from May 23, whereas, the announcement of the squad will be made on May 20.
The three-match ODI series between Pakistan and West Indies is scheduled to be held in Rawalpindi. However, PCB may consider a different venue following the political tensions rising in the city.
The venue of the camp will also be decided after the final decision regarding the venue of the matches.
It is pertinent to mention here that the three ODIs, currently scheduled to be played on June 8, 10, and 12 were postponed last year after the COVID-19 outbreak in the West Indian camp.
