LAHORE: The Pakistan Table Tennis Federation (PTTF) finalized the squad for the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games 2025 on Monday, set to be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The trials for the Pakistan Table Tennis Team were successfully completed, following an intense competition, with three women and three men selected to represent the national team at the prestigious event.
The trials were conducted under the supervision of the PTTF here during the All Pakistan Master Cup, where the top 16 women and top 32 men players from across the country competed for a place in the national squad.
Following the squad selection, the Tennis Federation expressed confidence in the selected participants.
The federation stated that the selected athletes will showcase their skills, determination, and competitive spirit at the international stage, bringing pride to the country.
For the unversed, the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games will be hosted in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from November 7 to 21, 2025, featuring athletes from across the Muslim world competing in a range of sports.
The games also mark a return to Saudi Arabia, which hosted the first edition in 2005 across the cities of Mecca, Medina, Jeddah, and Taif.
