LONDON: Pakistan men’s cricket team will play a four-day warm-up fixture against Professional County Club Select XI before the three-match Test series against England.
As part of the buildup, the national team will arrive in London on 8 August before taking on Select XI in a warm-up fixture, scheduled from 12 to 15 August at the County Cricket Ground in Beckenham. The fixture will be organized under Kent Cricket with the Select XI featuring different first-class cricketers from county teams.
The Test tour will begin on 19 August at Headingley, followed by the second fixture on 27 August at the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground. The final match of the series is scheduled to be played at Edgbaston on 9 September.

This will be Pakistan’s fourth Test tour of England since 2016. Overall, Pakistan and England have played 29 bilateral Test series since the first one in 1954.
Overall, Pakistan has had successful tours of England since 2016, having drawn the series twice and lost once in 2020.
