Uncapped Mohammad Wasim Jr. is set to make his Test debut while veteran Azhar Ali will be playing his farewell game after he announced his retirement the other day.
Opener Shan Masood and spinner Nauman Ali replace Imam-ul-Haq and Zahid Mahmood in the playing lineup.
England, who have an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series, made two changes to their Playing XI for the final Test as Rehan Ahmed will make his debut by replacing Will Jacks, while Ben Foakes would replace seasoned pacer, James Anderson.
