ISLAMABAD: Islamabad region fast bowler Musa Khan bowled a fiery spell and claimed a double hat-trick against Peshawar in the final round of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy (QEAT) 2025-26.

Musa rattled the Peshawar batters with his pace and took four wickets on consecutive deliveries here at the Diamond Cricket Ground on Wednesday.

With this feat, he became the first bowler in the past 10 years to claim a double hat-trick in the country’s premier first-class competition.

The 25-year-old first removed Waqar Ahmed on the first ball of the 46th over and followed it with the dismissals of Zubair Khan and Abbas Ali. He completed his hat-trick by removing wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Haris.
