LAHORE: Senior players including Shoaib Malik, Sarfaraz Ahmed, Imad Wasim, and Mohammad Hafeez may be rested during the home T20I series against West Indies next month.
According to sources, Malik, Sarfaraz, Imad, and Hafeez may be given rest during the upcoming series against West Indies.
Pakistan is expected to announce the T20I squad within two days. The announced players will gather in Karachi on December 9. The ODI squad will be announced closer to the time. Mohammad Hasnain is likely to be included in the 50-overs format squad.
The two teams will play three T20Is and as many ODIs, starting from December 13 at National Stadium, Karachi.
