After white-ball cricket, Kohli steps down from Test captaincy

KARACHI: Virat Kohli stepped down as India’s skipper in Test cricket after seven years, the cricketer announced on social media. 

Taking to social media, Kohli announced to leave Test captaincy after having a good time at the helm.

Under Kohli, India played 68 Tests, won 14, lost 17, and 11 were drawn.

Earlier in 2021, Kohli announced to leave captaincy in white-ball cricket after the all-important T20 World Cup.
