KARACHI: PSL 2020 champions, Karachi Kings have replaced Usman Shinwari with Mohammad Ilyas for the remaining Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 7.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confirmed that PSL’s technical committee has approved the replacement of Ilyas with Shinwari from event’s reserved players pool.
Ilyas and Mohammad Amir of Kings were ruled out of PSL 7 due to injuries. Ilyas got shoulder injury while Amir sustained back injury during training session.
Kings will play their fourth match today (February 4) against Peshawar Zalmi. They have lost all their previous three matches in the event.
