ICC nominates Pakistan’s Fatima for ‘Women’s ODI Player of the Year’

DUBAI: International Cricket Council (ICC) announced the nominees for the Women’s ODI player of the year, Pakistan’s Fatima Sana, also included.

In a press release ICC nominates Pakistan’s s right-arm medium pacer, Sana, West Indian batter Hayley Matthews, South Africa’s Lizelle Lee and Englishwoman Tammy Beaumont.

ICC nominated the four cricketers, following their eye-catching performance in the running year.

Fatima Sana: 20 wickets in 13 matches at an average of 24.90 with one five-wicket haul.

Hayley Matthews: 380 runs in 14 matches at 29.23 with one century and one half-century. 18 wickets at 22.44.

Lizelle Lee: 632 runs in 11 matches at an average of 90.28 with one century and five half-centuries

Tammy Beaumont: 503 runs in 11 matches at 62.87; scoring one century and four half-centuries.
