CANTERBURY: Pakistan’s right-arm speedster Hasan Ali, who is representing Lancashire County Cricket Club in the ongoing County Championship 2022, starred on his debut against Kent.
Hasan, who is playing his first match in county cricket, impressed with his wonderful bowling spell. The right-arm pacer bowled 43 overs in the match including 11 maiden overs.
The 27-years-old pacer shone on his county cricket debut for Lancashire; taking two wickets for 58 in the first innings and following it with three wickets for 36 runs in the second innings.
The combined efforts from the bowlers, helped the side dismiss Kent for 260 and 279 after the batters posted a mammoth 506 in the first innings and later chased down an easy 36 in the second innings to win the match by 10 wickets.
