DHAKA: Fakhar Zaman, who scored 57 not-out against Bangladesh in the second T20I today, was impressed by the Bangladeshi crowd’s support.
While talking about his match-winning performance, Fakhar praised the home crowd who supported them so well.
“It was overwhelming to see Bangladeshi people showing so much love to us. It feels like home here and we are very happy,” he said.
Speaking about the team’s performance, Fakhar gave credit to the skipper Babar Azam. “He [Babar] is leading the team from the front. He is setting high standards in all three departments which every player is trying to meet,” he said.
“Babar’s individual performance is also good which is a moral booster for every player in the team,” he added.
