KARACHI: Peshawar Zalmi’s skipper Wahab Riaz is confident to prove himself as an all-rounder and make an impressive comeback in the national team.
Speaking in ARY News’ show Bouncer, Wahab said he can bat, bowl and field too and wants to make a comeback as a complete all-rounder.
“I can bat at the top whenever needed. I can bowl too and give my best in the field. I will make a comeback as a complete all-rounder,” he said.
“Being a professional, my job is to give my best and deliver. Whenever I get an opportunity, I try my best to be on top,” he added.
While talking about Zalmi’s strength, Wahab credited players’ input in it. “Every player is important for us and we treat them equally. We give the same respect to junior and senior. So, such an environment is created so that players deliver on the field,” he concluded.
