LAHORE: Australia’s wicket-keeper batter Josh Inglis has returned a negative result for COVID-19, while the all-rounder Ashton Agar tested positive for the widely spread virus, here on Monday.
Inglis, who contracted the widely spread virus last week has now returned a negative result after the completion of his mandatory isolation period and is likely to join the team’s practice session ahead of the one-off T20I against Pakistan.
The all-rounder Agar, on the other hand, has tested positive again for COVID-19 after returning a negative result in the morning.
It is pertinent to mention here that the one-off T20I between Pakistan and Australia will be played here tomorrow. Pakistan won the three-match ODI series 2-1, while Australia claimed the Test series 1-0.
