RAWALPINDI: Australian pitches expert Damien Hough visited Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium and delivered a lecture to the local curators on cutting-edge pitch preparation techniques, here on Thursday.
According to the details, Hough, the head curator of Adelaide Oval, reached Rawalpindi Stadium for the inspection of the ground’s pitches and out-field while he shared his expertise with the local curators during his visit.
Moreover, Hough will visit National Stadium Karachi tomorrow and examine the pitches and out-fields of the ground currently undergoing the rebuilding phase.
The PCB-appointed pitch expert had earlier visited Qaddafi Stadium Lahore and held a productive session with the local pitch curators and coaches on pitch-preparation techniques.
It is worth mentioning here that Hough is currently on a two-week trip to Pakistan to inspect local pitches and outfields besides giving consultancy to local curators on pitch-making techniques.
