ARY Digital Network acquires TV and Digital Rights for Netherlands ODIs

KARACHI: ARY Digital Network has once again announced an exciting update for sports lovers in Pakistan as it has exclusively acquired TV and digital rights for the upcoming ODI series against the Netherlands.

After successfully acquiring the rights to the upcoming FIFA World Cup in Qatar in 2022, the next two La Liga seasons, and FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup, ARY Digital Network has now successfully secured the rights to the Pakistan ODI series against the Netherlands. Viewers in Pakistan can watch the event live on A Sports or stream it through the ARY ZAP application.

The ODI series will kick off on August 16 as Pakistan take on the Netherlands in the first ODI. The second and third ODI, however, will be played on August 18 and 21 respectively. All three matches of the series will embark at 2:00 PM according to Pakistan Standard Time (PST).

Known for promoting sports in the country, Mr Salman Iqbal- who also owns Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Karachi Kings- has the honour of launching Pakistan’s first HD sports channel A-Sports in October 2021.

A-Sports has previously aired ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021, PSL Season 2022 and Karachi Open Squash Championship among other major sports events and will air the forthcoming FIFA World Cup 2022 and ICC T20 World Cup 2022.

Pakistan’s first HD Sports channel also airs the ongoing Formula 1 Grand Prix Season 2022-23.

ARY ZAP, the popular app owned by ARY Digital Network, live-streamed the ODI series between Pakistan and West Indies, earlier in June and cricket fans will also be able to experience the home T20I series against England in crystal clear HD quality.
