KARACHI: Pakistan and South Africa’s Blinds cricket teams held practice sessions to prepare for the ODI series, which will roll into action from tomorrow.
Along with the physical training, the players also participated in the batting, bowling, and fielding drills to prepare for the upcoming ODI series.
After the sessions, captains of both Pakistan and South Africa analyzed the pitch for the first ODI, scheduled for tomorrow.
On this occasion, Pakistan skipper Nisar Ali termed South Africa’s tour as a vital opportunity for the young players.
“The tour of South Africa to Pakistan is a golden opportunity for our young players to prove their worth,” he said.
His South African counterpart Isaac Bidla, on the other hand, is determined of giving a tough time to the home side.
“There is no doubt that Pakistan team is one the best sides in the world of blind cricket but our team also has many talented players, so we will fight hard to give them a tough time in this series,” he said.
