KARACHI: COO Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) – Salman Naseer unveiled the trophy for the upcoming seventh edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), here on Friday.
In the unveiling ceremony, Salman lifted the curtains from the PSL trophy.
At the ceremony, Salman, talked about the preparations for the PSL 7 said the board has made backup after backup plans.
“The situation of the COVID-19 is worsening day by day. We are doing as many preparations as possible for the PSL 7,” Salman said.
“Have made more backup plans after backup. There is also the backup for the PCB staff, players, and for the broadcasters as well,” he added.
Salman also shared that the players will travel to Lahore from Karachi in a chartered flight.
Furthermore, Salman also stated that the situation regarding the COVID-19 has changed a lot and also that as long as 13 players are fit in a team, the tournament will continue.
