India to host third Blind T20 Cricket World Cup in November

BANGALORE: World Blind Cricket Council (WBC) has announced that the third Blind T20 World Cup, will be held in India later this year in November.

The decision regarding the hosting rights was made at a meeting of the WBC. The online meeting was chaired by Syed Sultan Shah, President WBC.

While announcing the decision, Shah told that the meeting was attended by the officials of 10 different countries.

“Ten countries participated in the meeting. The World Cup will be held in different cities of India in November,” he said.

Shah also shared that the schedule and venues for the World Cup will be decided at the next executive meeting.

It’s worth noting that India has won both prior world cups, defeating Pakistan in the finals on both occasions.
