Challenge awaits Qalandars as they meet unbeaten Sultans today

LAHORE: Mohammad Rizwan-led Multan Sultans have so far beaten every team in the tournament, sitting at top of the table in Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 7 with all six victories.

From captaincy to all three departments, Sultans were ticking every box so perfectly. Other teams are looking forward to breaking their winning streak.

Lahore Qalandars, under the captaincy of Shaheen Shah Afridi, have done well so far in the event, winning three matches out of five. A victory today will take them to second position on the points table.

Previously, in Karachi-leg, Sultans chased 207 runs against Qalandars. Khushdil Shah struck 16 runs off the last over bowled by Haris Rauf. It looks like the home side is determined to take revenge on that breathtaking run-chase.

On paper, the two sides look strong but decisions on the field will decide results.
